Halo Water Proofing is a MI-licensed Exterior Waterproofing company that treats every Napoleon job like it's the only one on the schedule.
Every Napoleon technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
Our Napoleon crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
Talk to a real Napoleon technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.

A musty smell usually means moisture is already moving through your Napoleon basement, even if the floor looks bone dry.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
This is one sign we tell Napoleon customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
These upstairs clues usually show up months after the basement moisture problem actually started.
No two Napoleon basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
A flooded Napoleon basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews get it out and start drying the space the same visit.
Get Emergency Help →Not every crack means a structural problem, but every crack deserves a real look. We'll tell you which kind yours is.
Ask About Crack Repair →A failed sump pump is the top reason for emergency calls across Napoleon after heavy rain — we install pumps sized to your actual water volume, plus battery backup for power outages.
Book a Pump Check →Some Napoleon properties need both systems working together — we'll say so honestly instead of selling just one.
Talk Drainage Options →A damp Napoleon crawl space drives up humidity throughout the house — we seal it completely with heavy-duty vapor barrier and add dehumidification where needed.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We can phase larger Napoleon commercial projects around business hours or tenant schedules so operations keep running.
Request a Commercial Quote →No pressure, no scripts — just what actually happens once you call +1-866-476-1348.
